climbing/steamed milk

Zelda has been trying to climb more and more things lately. Today she stood up on the second rung of a step ladder for the first time all by herself! The picture below is of her kneeling on it because once she started trying to stand on it I had to put the camera away and spot her :) Yesterday was the first time she got to the point in the photo. She also now (about a week) understands that you don't always go up stairs. She now says up and down at appropriate times. She used to say up for both directions.

Just a cute picture from this morning.

Zelda is also exploding with new words and has been busy learning peoples names. Her first ones were Daddy, Papa (for Grandpa) which she has been saying for awhile have expanded to many others. She even can point to photos and say the correct name for people that she is around a lot like Paul and Bob. It will be fun to see how many she has learned from looking at pictures during Easter when she sees everyone all at once.

On a totally different topic, I ordered a stovetop milk steamer last week and got it in the mail today. I wasn't sure how well it would work since there was very few options like this and no reviews for any of them. I am happy to report that after making a london fog this morning I am really happy with it. It means that my reason for wanting an espresso machine is gone and I will have more counter space :) It also makes stovetop espresso like a Moka pot/Italian coffee maker but I don't think I will be using it for that very often since I am typically only making coffee for myself and it seems like a waste of beans to use this one since I have a 2 cup one already.
Here it is on the stove:

Here is a picture of the milk after being steamed:
